Staff Mobility: Business Communication Services & Allocations by Role

Business communication services are allocated to IDEA Staff members based on role.

Teams Phone numbers are intended for external IDEA business-related communications only.
To communicate with IDEA families, campus staff should continue to use Remind as the primary family communication tool.
To communicate with other IDEA staff members, continue to use Teams chat, meeting, audio, and video features as the primary internal communication tool. This will help you access a broader range of features available in Microsoft Teams for internal communication and help the organization manage costs.
Hiring Managers should submit a ticket for their employee if they need a Teams line and meet the requirements of the mobility role.
