Cisco Phone: User Guide

Starting Monday, June 6th staff will need to dial # instead of 9 to call out on all Cisco desk phones.

This quick reference guide is for all staff on making outgoing calls using our standard Cisco IP Phone models.

Place a Local Call

Lift handset and dial:

# followed by the area code and the number (10 digits) . Example: #956-377-8000

Place a Long Distance Call 

Lift handset and dial:

# then 1 followed by the area code and the number. Example: #1-956-377-8000

Place an International Call

Lift handset and dial:

# then 011 followed by the country code and the number. Example: #011-1-956-377-8000
