i-Ready Teacher Toolbox: Teacher & Leader Guide

Ready Teacher Toolbox is a digital collection of whole class and small group instructional resources.

Teacher Toolbox provides IDEA teachers with standards-aligned content designed to help them meet the needs of students performing on, below, or above grade level.

Who has access?

ThinkUp! Science 

• 3rd-8th grade Science Teachers at our Texas campuses have access to the ThinkUp! Science via their i-Ready Teacher Toolbox. For more information on how to access and implement curriculum resources, please reach out to the content leader or curriculum manager for your region.

Reading Toolbox

• All 3rd-8th grade Teachers at our Texas campuses have access to the Reading Teacher Toolbox. For more information on how to access and implement curriculum resources, please reach out to the content leader or curriculum manager for your region.

Campus Leaders, Interventionists & HQ Leaders

• Principals, APIs, Interventionists and Regional Coaches have access to the Reading Teacher Toolbox.
• How to Sign in for Leaders

Students

• Student rosters are not connected to i-Ready Teacher Toolbox.
• Although the i-Ready icon may be visible to students, only teachers are licensed to use the teacher toolbox within this application. 
• Student access is limited to select Florida and Texas campuses who purchased i-Ready Personalized Instruction licenses at the start of this school year.  To request support with rostered student accounts please contact our Clever Admin at CleverAdmin@ideapublicschools.zendesk.com 

How to Sign in with Clever (Teachers)

Teachers can access Ready Teacher Toolkit from Clever anytime by logging into their Clever account and clicking on the icon from their portal. 

1. Go to Clever.

2. Click Student & Teacher Login

3. Click on the i-Ready icon from your Clever Teacher Portal.

Teacher Toolbox Initial Setup

Initial Set-Up: The first time you log in to i-Ready you will be prompted to select the subjects and grade levels you need. Select Math or Reading and all grade levels you teach. You will only have to do this once.

ThinkUp! Science 

It is important to note that for this school year, ThinkUp! Science will be nested under Math in the Teacher Toolbox.

1. From the main dashboard, select Assess & Teach
2. Under Teacher Toolbox select Math
3. Under the Program dropdown, select ThinkUp! - TX Science

From the Teacher Toolbox, you will have access to ThinkUp! Science for Grades 3-8 in English and 3-5 in Spanish. Additional content can be found under Program Implementation.

Reading Toolbox

Initial Set-Up: The first time you log in to i-Ready you will be prompted to select the subjects and grade levels you need. Select Reading and all grade levels. You will only have to do this once.

1. From the main dashboard, select Assess & Teach
2. Under Teacher Toolbox select Reading
3. Under the Program dropdown, select Ready-TX to access curriculum resources.

How to Sign in for Leaders

Principals, APIs, Interventionists and Regional Coaches can access the Teacher Toolbox using the instructions below.
