Staff Support: Receive and sign-in to your staff laptop

After receipt of your device:

1. Plug in your device to a power outlet
   • Open device and press the on/power button (usually located in the top right corner of keyboard)
2. Once device is on you will see the login screen
3. Please select the other user in the bottom left corner(square one)
      

        4. Ensure below the password field it shows "will try to connect to IDEA Public Schools"               

       5. Please enter your firstname.lastname into the username field

• • • • If your email is test.user2@ideapublicshools.org then you would enter test.user2
      • For password please enter the password you set up while claiming your account

Frequently asked questions

• Your wallpaper and any applications will load on their own. Can take a couple restarts
