Zendesk: How to Request Support for Staff
Staff members can request support through the Zendesk Help Center.

Navigate to the HUB from the IDEA HOMEPAGE:
- Scroll to the bottom of the page
- Click on Staff Links
From the HUB:
- Scroll to the bottom of the page
- Click on SUPPORT
When the support window opens you can:
A. Search for self-help resources by typing you issue into the search box and hit enter on your keyboard.
B. Submit a STAFF HELP REQUEST FORM by clicking on CONTACT US.
How to fill out the Staff Help Request Form
Fill out the form using the example below and click SEND
- Name: Your Name (optional)
- Email: firstname.lastname@ideapublicschools.org
- Subject: Product and Issue to be resolved
Correct – "Cannot Log into Clever"
Incorrect – "Cannot Log In" - What is your request about? Choose from the list of options that best matches your issue.
- Description: Provide relevant details about your issue. It is advised to give as much detail as possible.
Correct: I can log into my email, but I am not able to log into Clever.
Incorrect: I cannot log in.
- Attachments: Upload pictures or any other relevant documentation (optional)
