Teams: HOW-TO Sign in to Teams online for Staff

Log in on any Web Browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox) 

1. Go to: https://teams.microsoft.com 

2. Enter your IDEA Staff or Campus account

   • Username@ideapublicschools.org

   • Example: firstname.lastname@ideapublicschools.org

3. Click Next

4. Enter your IDEA Account Password.

   

5. Click Sign In

6. Stay signed in? Click Yes

   

Find your Classes in Teams for Web or Desktop 

1. On the left side

2. Click the Teams icon

3. View All of your Teams

4. Select a Class Team

   

Log in on the Mobile App

1. Download the Teams App here https://products.office.com/en-us/microsoft-teams/download-app

   • Recommended for mobile uses download Office 365 app (includes Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and more) here https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/mobile

2. Launch the Teams App on your device.

3. Click Sign In
   • 

4. Enter your IDEA Staff or Campus account Username

   • 

5. Click Sign In

6. Enter your IDEA Staff or Campus account Password

   • 

7. Click Sign In

Find your Classes in the Teams App 

1. On the bottom bar

2. Click the Teams icon

3. Select a Class Team
