Members may leave Staff Teams at any time. In Class Teams, Teachers/Owners can leave class Teams on their own. However, students cannot opt to leave a Class Team, in this case they would need to be removed by a teacher.

NOTE: Always Exercise caution when leaving a Team, NEVER Delete a Team that belongs to another teacher or that you did not create.

HOW-TO Leave a Team

1. In Microsoft Teams
2. Choose Teams from the menu on the left to display the list of Teams that you are a member of
3. Click the More Options ellipses on the team you wish to leave
4. Click Leave the team
