Company Portal: Windows App Installation Student Guide
College Prep Students can download and install approved apps for their IDEA Laptop from the Company Portal.
Go to the Company Portal app from your IDEA Student laptop.
1. Click on the Windows icon in the bottom left of the screen (Start Menu).
2. Select the Company Portal Tile on the right side of the start menu or from the apps list.
3. Search available apps to install.
4. Click on an app to view version information, installation status and additional details.
5. To install a new app, click the Install button on the top right side. (Please allow up to 10 minutes for the app to fully install)
6. After installation is done, you'll see the app status change to Installed. (Please allow up to 10 minutes for the app to fully download and install to your device).

- Click on the Help & Support icon from the left side of the Company Portal.
- Select an option to submit a Support Request.
